Meet the Presenter:
Dianne Capulong is a Return to Work Consultant at Motor Trades Care and has experience working in the personal and general insurance sector across operations, legislation, and organisational behaviour. Dianne integrated into workers’ compensation, starting in the Small to Medium (SME) space with physical claims with a focus on educating employers about injury management then transitioning to the specialised segment managing psychological, complex and disease-based claims. She then merged into the employer’s space as a Return to Work Coordinat
or handling injury management for a large employer across all states in Australia. Dianne is passionate about assisting employers and workers through injury management, utilising her knowledge and insights to achieve Return to Work Outcomes while promoting a great safety work culture whilst educating safe work practices to minimise the risk of injuries.
