Communicating about workplace health and safety (WHS) matters is essential to a safe workplace culture and the implementation of a business’s WHS Management System. Providing appropriate and timely information to employees helps with greater awareness and encourages participation and commitment to workplace safety. Having regular WHS conversations, which is a two-way approach, with the workforce improves relationships and demonstrates a genuine commitment to the safety and wellbeing of people.
